Dear TLLRA Members, Former Members, and New Applicants,
The Board of Directors of the Two Lick Lake Recreation Association (TLLRA) is pleased to share an important update regarding our lease at Two Lick Lake.
We have received verbal confirmation from the Homer City Development that we have reached an agreement in principle on a long-term lease agreement consisting of a five-year initial lease term, with renewals, at a more user- and member-friendly rate. As part of this process, the current lease has been extended for an additional 90 days without cost, allowing sufficient time for a formal agreement to be drafted, reviewed, and signed by all parties. We are optimistic that this agreement will be fully completed in time for discussion at our Annual Membership Meeting on February 4th, at 7:00 PM at the Eagles.
With that said, the Two Lick Lake Recreation Association is pleased to announce that we are now accepting membership applications for the 2026 Boating Season.
Memberships may be purchased at any time at the office of:
Gandolfi & Gandolfi, CPAs
412 West Main Street
P.O. Box 176
Marion Center, PA 15759
To apply, applicants must submit:
A completed membership application
Proof of boat insurance
A one-time application fee of $50 (new applicants only)
Newly agreed upon annual membership fee of $650
Please note that applications cannot be accepted prior to the date of this announcement. Membership applications result in immediately active membership, so interested individuals are encouraged not to delay. Memberships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the membership cap is reached, additional applicants will be placed on the Membership Waiting List, which is capped at 25 individuals. At that point, previous waiting list rules will go back into effect.
If you have any questions regarding membership or the application process, please contact Gandolfi & Gandolfi at 724-397-2727.
Thank you for your continued support of TLLRA. We look forward to another great season and hope to see you on the water.
